Known Application
N1-MethylpseudoUridine-5′-Triphosphate is a modified NTP for incorporation into messenger RNAs (mRNA) using T7 RNA Polymerase. Incorporation of N1-methylpseudouridine can reduce the immunogenicity of the resulting mRNA.
