Description
Fermented β-Glucan is a kind of glucan with every 3 unit of β-1,3 backbone binding with one unit of β-1,6 branch, forming triplex structure, the culture is collected in sea. Based on such unique triplex structure, Fermented β-Glucan can bind with several cells locus like CR3, Dectin-1, activating human immune cells, including macrophage, neutrophil, natural killer. These immune cells will stimulate the immune system to secrete cytokines (IL-1, IL-6 etc.).
