This product is recombinantly expressed by Escherichia coli deoxyribonuclease I (DNase I). This endonuclease can non-specifically cut single-stranded or double-stranded DNA and generate di- and tri-oligonucleotide products. This product does not contain RNase, and ensures the high purity of DNase I and the integrity of RNA.
With high enzyme activity, DNA can be efficiently removed when used in a small amount.
Efficiently remove IVT template DNA without RNase activity and does not affect mRNA integrity.
