Recombinant Biotinylated Mouse GDF15 Protein (Primary Amine Labeling) is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the N-terminal.It contains Ser189-Ala303.
GDF-15; MIC-1; NAG-1; PDF; PLAB; PTGFB; GDF15; MIC1; RG-1; Placental TGF-beta; PTGF-beta; PTGFBPTGF-beta
The protein has a predicted MW of 37.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Immobilized Mouse GFRAL, His Tag at 2ug/ml (100ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Mouse GDF15, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 10ng/ml determined by ELISA. See testing image for detail.
> 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE;> 95% as determined by HPLC
Less than 1EU per ug by the LAL method.
